At TBB, we believe in creating a welcoming space where people of all fitness levels can come together, push their limits, and achieve their personal best.

Our story began in 2014 in the heart of Raheen, where we opened the doors to our very first gym in Limerick, and one of Ireland's first warehouse-style facilities. TBB Raheen quickly gained traction as a community of dedicated individuals who shared the same passion for health and well-being.

With our community's support and growing demand, we expanded, and TBB Plus was born. TBB Plus is our state of the art functional facility where we coach our premium classes instructed by our experienced coaches. We now have a Plus facility in both Raheen and Coonagh.

TBB opened its second gym, TBB Coonagh, in January 2025. Now, with two state-of-the-art gyms and cutting-edge functional fitness facilities, TBB is proud to serve members from all walks of life.

We continue to push the boundaries of what fitness can mean, offering an inspiring space where you can grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. But no matter how much we've grown, one thing remains constant: our commitment to our members.
